Versa won't set up

Hi,

 

I bought the Versa today (well yesterday, but I've been trying to set it up for the last few hours) and haven't been able to set it up. I get to the stage where I have to enter the four digits, which I do and then nothing happens. I've tried on phone and laptop and get the same issue each time. I've had a look on the forums and can see this seems to be a common issue, so have tried all the steps eg resetting it, turning Bluetooth on and off, uninstalling and then installing the app again and nothing seems to work.

 

Is there anything else I can try or am I best off just saving myself the hassle and taking it back and getting myself a watch that doesn't seem to have these issues?

Hi, in order to setup your Versa with your phone correctly, your Versa needs to be in the charger and connected to PC/Laptop.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've tried that and no luck.

 

Think I'll just need to take it back and look at an alternative watch, this issue just seems too common from things i have read.
