How do I get a replacement strap it’s the strap with buckle on

@LenaD23 You don't say how old it is. I would start with chat support. If they don't offer a free one, look in the Fitbit store accessories. Or try Amazon. I got my last couple out of warranty straps from amazon pretty cheap.

Thanks for the reply, I haven’t had it long, it has a pink strap, I see they only sell the black and grey straps

@LenaD23 You're welcome. Straps have the same warranty period as the trackers. If you bought pink from Fitbit, hopefully they can replace it. Otherwise you'd probably have to choose from free different color, or buying your own pink elsewhere.
