Broken versa

I went on holiday and my versa was exposed to hot conditions and has now stopped working. It will charge but then only stays on for 40 minutes. When it goes off again if you charge it says 100% battery but again only stays on 40 mins. I have tried all suggestions of pressing buttons to reset to no avail, the device is only 4 months old. Please help!

Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
