Button doesn't work/glitchy versa

Hi,

 

The bottom button on the right side of my versa doesn't work. I've tried everything recommended here fo fix it.

 

In addition, my versa keeps randomly jumping to the alarms pages and getting stuck.

 

What is going on? My versa seems fo be defective.

How about a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.

Not sure why this is showing as 'solved' as this issue isn't solved. None of those things are working to fix my versa. 

 

I will contact customer support. Disappointed with this watch.
