Call notifications not working

I'm on my second Fitbit versa and my call notifications aren't coming through.  I've checked the Bluetooth setting, Fitbit access , and that my incoming calls are set to urgent.  I get all other notifications but call butbit would tell me when I miss a call.  Please help !

I have a Samsung galaxy s9 & have this issue too. When I first brought the watch it worked fine but suddenly stopped working & tried everything to get it going again but nothing works. I get the missed call notification but that's useless when the main reason I brought the watch was for call notifications.

Seems to be a common issue but any way of fixing it???? Every other notification works fine & all settings in place to allow calls?!?

@Twig1974 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about your issues getting call notifications on your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thankyou for your response....I've tried everything listed numerous times but still no calls coming through. Everything else works just call notifications.

@Twig1974 thank you for your update. Could you share a screenshot of the call notifications page (this setting in particular).

I look forward to your reply.

Same thing here and I haven't got any solutions as yet. I guess I'll have to call Fitbit again!! At some point they'll get tired of me I guess.

 TRY THIS>>>

Not sure if it will help but I have an android (Samsung Galaxy S5) device and have had multiple issues with receiving text notifications on my Versa. I have read forum after forum to find answers and finally I figured out it was an issue within my phone. I went to settings, SOUND AND NOTIFICATION>>scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see NOTIFICATION ACCESS>> open this and you should see the Fitbit Notification Service and you will need to slide the button to ON. This may not help you with your specific device but that is what I found to be the culprit! Hope this helps.

Thankyou for taking time to reply. Just checked this out on my phone but sadly that isn't the cause.... mine was switched on 😞

It's a joke..... I really haven't got time to ring Fitbit! You buy an expensive smart watch for things such as call notifications & turns out to be a waste of money. Hope u get it sorted....keep us posted!
