Calorie colour bars

I changed something on my calorie intake or something I don’t even remember! I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the colours that tell me if I’m under, in or over my calories, even though I’m still under my daily calorie count. This is so harming especially to me as I already struggle with distorted eating and when I see a red line even though I’m under my calories I get very stressed! Please help me sort this
