I have a sit down  job but try to walk around when I can and also go to the gym almost daily but my fitbit tells me I only burned 1190 callories and that to lose wight I can only eat like 900 and that is not healthy! I am not sure what's wrong but I know it is incorrect!

That does sound low. I would suggest you check out your profile in Fitbit to make sure your stats (gender, age, height, weight...) are correct since this is what is used to estimate your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR), the calories you burn to keep your body going. You can go search the internet for BMR calculators to compare against what Fitbit is estimating.
