Hi, i dont believe my fitbit versa 2 is calculating my calories burned correctly, today i have walked the kids to school and back (10 minute walk), took the dog for a very quick stroll and just done general house work, now with this new 'active minutes' whenever my heart rate goes up slightly it classes it as a brisk walk or moderate activity, but my heart rate can go up and down all day anyway even when standing still depending on how im feeling (anxious etc) finding it abit annoying as im never what i have burnt, i know its only a estimate but no way have i burned over 3000 calories today! I did upgrade my fitbit from a blaze, it seemed that gave me more of a better reading.

If your calories burned continue to seem much too high, one thing to check is your actual weight has accidentally been set too high.

The new "Active Zone Minutes" should not have any effect on calories burned, but it no longer has the 10 minute minimum requirement so you can get Active Zone Minutes in shorter stretches.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
