Is it possible to sync the Versa to my Peloton App?

Regarding your question, yes, you can sync your Fitbit app with your Peloton account. Your Versa won't sync directly with this app, you need to sync first with your Fitbit account. For more information check the How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? article.
