Can not setup Versa

First time setup to wifi setting and stop, then stop after show four digits. I try it on 2 windows phone (Lumia 950 and Alcatel 4S), windows tablet with windows 10 and android tablet - nothing, after versa show four digits in next step progress stop.

I also struggled to get Versa set up.  No documentation on how to set it up if you already have a Fitbit and want to upgrade.   On my android phone, I had to go to Settings>Apps>FitBit and stop the app.  Then I had to go to the GooglePlay store and download an updated version of the app.   After that, I was able to sync with my new Versa.  The process took about an hour.

Also try uninstall and install app still nothing.
