I have been up and going this morning. I have tracked Zero! steps. I have shut down and restarted my versa several times. I have done everything short of a factory reset.
This is absolutely obnoxious.

Hi there @MegBrackman. I hear your frustration. You’ve done some good trouble shooting. Other than verifying your set up regarding handedness and which wrist has the Versa, I can only suggest you contact Support or return it to the place where you purchased it and ask for a replacement. It should still be under warranty.
