Can not update new Versa

I can not update my new Versa!  So I returned it thinking it was defective.  Came home with a new one....same thing, woudn't update.  So I call Fitbit, they said send it to us the store might have had a defective lot and we'll replace it with another one. So I sent it to Fitbit and they mailed me a brand new Versa.  So now I am on my 3rd Fitbit Versa and this one doesn't update either!! The tech team has no idea what is going on and keeps telling me to do the same things over and over again.  I have tried on my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro.  I have deleted my apps, reinstalled them, did a factory reset, made sure all my devices were updated, nothing has worked.  Can someone help?

Give them a shout back, I'm sure they will get you up and running.  

Sounds like the 2 devices are not getting a handshake to pair to each other.
