I go to the app (windows 10), click on wallet, it asks me for my pin, I do that, it then closes down. every single time.

Hey @clairus99, welcome to the Community! I'd like to confirm that you have followed all the steps listed in this help article: What should I know about Fitbit pay? To enable the Fitbit pay option. I'd also like you to try to set this feature by using a mobile compatible device if is possible.
