Hi, 

 

my charger won’t provide battery for my Fitbit versa, I bought the clock in mid June this year

Hey @ToneIrenS18, it it great to see new faces around! If the charging cradle doesn't seem to be working with your Versa, even after you reviewed that you correctly plugged it in, as stated in this help article: How do I charge my Fitbit device? I suggest you to restart your Versa by following these instructions.
