Pin code is disabled due to my son playing with it, fitbit versa screen says unlock with phone I've tried to change pin code but says it can't connect I've spent most of my morning trying to get it sorted but haven't been a le, please any advise would be great

Thanks for trying to fix the situation on your own prior to posting in here.
I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.
The first thing that I'd recommend is that you try to restart your Versa manually and then try to sync once again. If that did fail, please try to follow the steps listed in this help article.
