Hi all.
i have a Fitbit Coach premium subscription and have been accessing personalised workouts on my versa since I got it. But three days ago I stopped seeing workouts on th device and just the three standard workouts you see when you don't have a subscription? Anyone any ideas? Use the Coach app on versa a lot so keen to get this working again quickly! Thanks

Hiya,
It sounds like your Coach and Fitbit have become unlinked possibly. You could try revoking access to Coach (called 'fitstar' in the backend) from your Dashboard > Settings > Applications and then signing in again from your Coach app.
Or you could try uninstalling the Coach app from your watch and adding it again.
Incidentally, in case you didn't know, you can still use the Coach app on another device and then Fitbit will take your heart rate data, etc, from your watch and add it to the workout data afterwards.

Thanks but I'm afraid I've tried both these things and still only three workouts appearing ☹️ Any other ideas?

Well that's strange then. I think you should probably contact Fitbit support then.
When I first got my watch I signed up for Coach (the free version) and I discovered that after a sync I had the Personalised Workout and two new workouts showing on my watch app. At the time I couldn't understand why until a rep said that it's because I was signed into Coach. I was told that to get the default three workouts back I had to revoke access to / sign out of Coach. When I did that I got the three default workouts back.
So that's why I assume yours is a linking issue. The default workouts should only show when you have not linked your Fitbit and Coach account.
Perhaps support could shed some light on the issue.

I am having the same issue as of yesterday? I upgraded to premium and my personalised workouts disappeared with the next sync, not what I upgraded for 😕 I have tried uninstalling the coach app from my Versa & reinstalled it to no avail - do we have any other troubleshooting tips please?

Hi @KateLAr don't waste your time troubleshooting; I spoke to Fitbit today and they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix as a priority. Hopefully it will be soon!

I’m having the same issue as of today! Yesterday went to the gym and had personalised workouts I also pay for coach premium today I went to the gym and have no personalised workouts just the 3 static sessions of abs, 7min workout and chest!
ive reset my Fitbit, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled coach app on watch and on phone as well as the Fitbit app itself. I’ve synced and literally tried everything and nothing will change! Still have the same 3 exercises 😩

Nope, mine came back, then went a few times ... for the past few months the workouts haven't been on the Versa, so I gave up & now stick to my phone app ....
