Im trying to access my exercise on my watch and now it just keeps taking me back to the exercise button. Please help me!

Hi @MargoTodd  - as a first step try restarting your watch from Settings, About, Shutdown.

 

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.
