Can't answer messages anymore

Hi,

My versa is still receiving notifications from my texts, however hitting 'mark as read' or sending a quick reply is no longer registering on my phone. 

Texts will continue to be see as 'unread' and no reply will ever send.

It's only started doing this in the last week. Is there any way to amend? Can find nothing to help in the app.

Thanks for the additional information, @BlazeRay . At this point, I would suggest

• Restarting your Versa - instructions are here
• Turn your Versa off completely - here are instructions
• Then power your phone off completely ... then turn it back on. 

Hopefully, this will snap everything back to normal.
