On my Versa, I went to change my clock face and I get a message on there to make sure my phone and watch are up to date which they are but the select for the clock face is not usable

Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error you are receiving? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those steps in order to change your clock face.
