Can't change clock face

I've been able to change clock faces ok until downloading the one called Pride. Since then that's it, I can't change it any more. The app keeps saying that it's trying to install, but nothing happens.

 

I've restarted the app, restarted my phone - can't work or how to restart my Versa. 

 

Any ideas?

Yes try several Versa restarts. Let us know if that fixes it

Yes it has. Managed to find out how to restart and that seems to have
sorted out the problem. Thanks.

I changed the clock face again and now my Versa doesn't sync I can't change the clock face. I've tried everything even removing the device ... Now I can't connect the Versa back 😞
