So, a few months ago I was having trouble putting music on my Versa. I am right back there again.
I have done a full factory reset 4 times now and it just keeps disconnecting my tracker part way through the transfer.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating. It should take me an entire weekend to try to transfer music and have it still fail time and time again.

@salsop mistake one: you certainly don't need to do a factory reset simply to get music transfer to work.
secondly : how much music do you try to upload to the Versa in one pass? A lot or just one or two songs at the time? I stronly suggest to upload in small amounts, and not a huge playlist in one pass.
Thirdly: you know that battery level MUST be > 25% and hence if you don't put the tracker in the charger and the battery runs low the process will just stop/die.

This is what the Fitbit people told me to do.

I have tried both ways - neither way works

It is at 100% as I have it attached to the computer with the charger

Hi there,
Sorry, the model of the mobile device?
I am not trying to upload from a mobile device - I am doing it from my computer.
