Can't get versa set up

2 weeks ago set my phone back to factory settings... Before this wasn't getting notifications on my versa. Now I can't get my versa set back up. I've done everything, restarted phone, Bluetooth, even reset my versa and everytime tells me can't find Bluetooth but the app finds my versa. . Any help w this bc I'm beyond frustrated with my versa bc I've had nothing but issues since I bought it

Hi, @jbrinker23, you mention that the app finds your Versa -- that's good news!  You need to set it up completely that way -- through the Fitbit app -- and NOT through your ohone's Bluetooth.  Just go ahead and set up in the app and then turn on notifications and send a test call.

 

If you need more specific instructions please post again letting us know which phone yu are using.

That is what I do, but it won't go any further bc it says it can't find
Bluetooth so it says to restart Bluetooth which I have done

If you have other Bluetooth devices, especially other Fitbits, around while you are trying to set up it can help to move them all out of range (up to 30 feet away) and try again.
