Can't install SpO2 clock face on my Versa Lite

I have not been able to install the SpO2 clock face to my versa lite. The app shows installing then times out. It’s been doing this for over a week. I have: 1. turned Bluetooth off & back on. 2. Shutdown my Fitbit 3. Removed the app & reinstalled it. Etc. Is there a way to stop the installation?

Fitbit SpO2 is available in select countries; the list of countries where it's available changes frequently. If you cannot install SpO2 clock face in the Clock Face Gallery, it isn’t available in their region. I was having the same issue. I tried what you did, to no avail. I tried several combinations of steps.  Here is what worked for me:
1. Power off watch

2. Uninstall app

3. reinstall app and log in

4. allow everything they want — location, etc.  (normally I only chose allow while using.)

5. power on watch

 That worked for me this morning. Good luck!
