Why can't I download the spo2 clock face. On my versa 2 the install button is there but I can't click on it. How come?

Please make sure you have the latest Fitbit app (3.44 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tabEdsonFitbit_0-1628468509103.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

You can find instructions to change your watch's clock face in this article.

The install button the the spo2 won't let me click on it. I think my phone is a 7.0, I have the LG k20 . on google play it says fitbit is no longer compatable with my phone. What does that mean? Does that matter ? If so what can i do.

Hi there, @Hazel139. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

While reading your post I was wondering if you just set up your Versa 2 or have performed a factory reset on your watch? If you have done either on those, please note since you have just set up your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update in order for you to download the SpO2 clock face. The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after the setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

On a side note, please note the SpO2 clock faces are only available in certain countries at this time. If you don’t see them in the Clock Face Gallery, the feature isn’t available in your region. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.
