Can't interact with versa

I can view my watch, but if I swipe up to see my stats, the fitbit icon displays then it switches back to my watch face.  Same if I try to open anything swiping right (alarm/exercise).  It just goes back to the clock face. I've tried restarting it to no avail.

Hi, did you also try to restart your Versa multiple times in a row? In most cases this solve the problem, a single restart sometimes does but most of the time not.

Edit to add: now if I hold in the top right button to view notifications, it just restarts itself.
