So used app no problem for 6 months. My versa went **ahem** up so got a new one. Tried to sign in to app..it says wrong details.... it isnt... tried to 'join' again ...says down for maintenance continuously.
I've uninstalled...I've forced stop... nothing works..... HELP!!!!
its sooooo frustrating now

@Brodie1969 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you can't log into your Fitbit app on your phone. Try restarting your phone also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Make sure you are using the correct email address (check your inbox for weekly reports to confirm that was the email you were using) and use the Log In option to log into your account.
