Can't review and rate apps

The fact we can’t review apps is insane. Plus they don’t even require the developers to use an actual email - j am

bit contacting someone via twitter! The air quality app sucks - says I’m in California but am in Hawaii. I know it reads Hawaii cause I had it installed and working at one point. Anyway, my issue is that Fitbit doesn’t provide a way to review and rate apps, but we are still expected to pay for them without knowing these types of issues.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are having with your watch? Which apps would you like to rate and review? Is it the Fitbit app? Do you want to do this directly from the Versa?

Hi! I want a rating/review system for the third party apps. I don’t see
anywhere in the App Store in the Fitbit app where you can do this. Like I
mentioned in my original post, I am having issues with the air quality apps
but the only way to contact one of the developers is via Twitter. I can’t
rate apps or screen faces like you do with iPhone apps. Am I missing
something?
