Can't see clock faces/apps option

I just purchased the Versa yesterday. When I go to the clock faces or apps there's nothing there. I wanted to change the clock face but there are no choices to choose from?

It's great to see you here @Gabby1162.

Could you please confirm if you have already paired your Versa? If you don't see your watch's icon on your Dashboard that means that it isn't paired and that's why you can not see the option that this offers. To set it up, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

Can’t seem to be able to work this new versa  when I lift up my arm all I see are tips and tricks and inspirations. What are the buttons for. It said I was paired with my phone but I don’t see it. There is no manual

You need to go into the app and choice a new clock face from there and that will then send it to your pared watch.  If you cannot open the clock faces app from the fitbit app it normally means your not connected and double check this.    See the massive thread on versa not syncing for details on how to fix the connecting problem

my fitbit versa 2 is paired and doing everything fine except not loading the apps or calendar pls help
