Can't set up Facebook Messenger notifications on my Versa 2

Hi, I’ve just recently gotten the Versa 2, which I’m setting up. I’ve gone to allow all my apps to notify me through the watch on the Fitbit app but Facebook Messenger isn’t an option. I’ve tried scrolling down to update the options but that isn’t working either. Just wondered if you could help?

Hi there, @ShannonMoor. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2.

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a message on Facebook Messenger, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that Facebook Messenger is already an option to be selected. 

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
