Just got the Versa. I can't get it to activate. It won't update, won't restart, won't reboot. Only says to download the app in different languages and that's it.

@AnnleeR I moved your post to the Versa forum as it is the more appropriate forum for your problem. That said, if you can't get your Versa to do anything, then I think you should contact Support . I like speaking with a tech by phone. I have had to call a few times and the tech has always been helpful and patient.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are having? Is the Versa showing the Fitbit logo with the setup message? If so, I recommend following the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
