Can't setup my Versa

I have just bought the Versa and I'm trying to sync it to my phone. I'm stuck on the download screen on my iPhone. It's not moved in over an hour. I'm trying to connect to iPhone 8. Is anyone else having this issue? My Fitbit screen doesn't do anything yet, still saying download app in all the different languages.

 

My Fitbit Alta was so easy to set up.

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Versa? If you do, I recommend restarting it and please verify that you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
