Can't setup my Versa

New versa, tried to connect to Honor 9, don't work, then try my windows 10 laptop, always say that device is compared some other device. Phones I have delete app, and turn off Bluetooth,  but device just say same text that download app.. can't get out of this... Don't help turn device off, computer off etc.. always say is connect some other device.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues pairing your watch, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

 I did give up, dont work any my devises, honor 9, samsung s3.. always say that is communicate other devise ...  Let me know when honor 9 is on the list, then i can use device..

I'm not sure why you can't connect.

One suggestion is to turn off the bluetooth on everything except your computer (that is, turn bluetooth off on both phones and leave bluetooth on in your computer). Then download the fitbit app to your windows 10 computer and connect the Versa to the computer.

If that works, you'll see the Versa show up in the fitbit app. You will also see the Versa is connected (not just paired) when you go into bluetooth connections on the computer.

If you get that far, if you've got the app on your phone, turn off bluetooth on everything except your phone and see how you go with connecting the Versa to your phone.

Every phone in this house is turn off on bluetooth, and check that no compare anything .. open my laptop (win10) and there fitbit.. found and ask code, i put code and still say compared other device... I give up on this and retur on polar a370... 

 I thinks versa is some monday version.

 My granddad won it some competitions that fitbit...
