Can't setup my Versa

I just received my Versa yesterday, downloaded the app and my Fitbit still does not work. The screen on the Fitbit still says to download the app, when the app is set up and the device has paired.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing with your watch or provide me with some screenshots? In the meantime, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
