Can't setup my Versa

My phone has been saying connecting for 35 mins. I got the number and put it in and that's that. I don't know if this is right or whether its not syncing, can anyone tell me please what should happen when setting up?

It should donit pretry quickly if its going to do it. What phone are you using?

Hi .. all ok now thanks .... it appears it had set up but my phone just was going around and around.  I turned the phone off and hey presto the versa was set up
