Please can someone let me know how I receive notifications to my versa from my Huawei P20 Pro.

Your phone is not on the Fitbit list of Approved Devices.  Therefore, some functions will not work properly.

When a phone isn't a compatible mobile device it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
