Can't setup my Versa

I started the setup process and the firmware update, but for some reason it failed and now it won't connect to my phone again to finish. I have restarted the Fitbit, my phone, my Bluetooth connection and reinstalled the app.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

I spoke to someone in support last night with no fix to my issues. I did manage to get the versa to reset just a little bit ago. I am currently trying to update via bluetooth. If it doesn't work I'm going to go with my original plan to return it to Best Buy this afternoon.
