I just purchased a Versa, an upgrade from a Fitbit One. I’ve tried logging into my Fitbit account without success. It says there is already an account with a different password. I successfully changed my password. It still will not let me in. Help. Cannot set up new Versa.

That sounds like you were trying to create a new fitbit account for your versa. There's no need to do this. Instead, login to fitbit using the ID and password you used for your old fitbit One. Then, go to the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". You can then select the Versa and add it to your account. You can also select the One and remove it from your account if you want.
Doing it this way, rather than by setting up a new account, means that you keep all your data, settings, badges etc.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues pairing your watch?
