Can't setup my Versa

New Versa just received it yesterday will not connect to my phone.

iPhone X,

I have deleted the app. Reinstalled it. Tried every room in the house. Will not pair.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? If you keep having pairing issues, confirm you are doing the following from the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
