I bought a Fitbit Versa just yesterday and I want to set up quick replies on my Versa. I have an Oppo A73, Android 7.1 and the latest software. I have set my quick replies on the default native messaging app on the Oppo, but whenever I get a message, I can not reply back to it. It gives the option to clear, and to open, which is opening the messaging app on my phone, which gets rid of the point of having that button there. This is what comes up.

Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List. Phones not on the list often work but there may be things that dont work fully. I think this is one of those things and there is probably nothjig you can do to change it with that phone. Sorry I am not more help

@jakepaul Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't use the quick replies feature. As @NellyG your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Also check that your phone itself doesn't have a battery saving app/feature that kills the Fitbit app.
