Versa won't turn on

My Fitbit won't turn on it's completely charged why won't it turn on?

Try holding down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds.  Not only does this do a soft reset, but when you tell the device to shut down, this is how you would turn it back on.

Hello. It didn’t work for me with my Versa. Please assist.

@Hopewell79 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't turning on. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
