Can't swipe down on Versa 2

My screen will not swipe down at all. I did a restart, and it didn't help, so then I did a factory reset and it's stuck in the setup mode where I need to swipe down to see my notifications. Kind of annoying! I've only had it since the end of July.

Also, it was just randomly vibrating and switching the different screens as though it were being tapped. I definitely wasn't tapping it.

Mine is not letting me tap or swipe my screen either. It also went on a vibrating binge earlier and drained the battery.

You should start a live chat.  I just did and they are sending me a replacement at no charge.  I also had the option to upgrade at 50% off.
