How do I put music on my Versa? I read in the manual that I had to download Fitbit Connect. So I downloaded Fitbit on my PC and on my Macbook, and on both of them Fitbit Connect can't sync with Versa!

@Jenka When you go on your Versa to Settings>About>IP Address, what does it say? If it says WiFi off, you need to go into your Fitbit phone app and reconnect the WiFi for your Versa. That WiFi needs to be a 2.4 gHz band NOT a 5 gHz band AND it has to be the same WiFi network that your computer is connected to. You'll want to be as close to your router as possible too. Once you reconnect your Versa to your WiFi if you open the Fitbit Connect app on your computer, the app should then find your Versa.

I can see all the other Fitbit devices, but not an option voor Versa..
Wifi is working on my watch and the same as my Mac.

I have been trying to download music to my Versa for 2 days now and I am sitting right next to my router. Every time I go back it tells me I have to connect to WiFi so obviously it’s not staying connected like phones do I wouldn’t have to keep putting my WiFi password in over and over into my phone to get connected. I’m sorry I spent this money when the house product doesn’t work correctly
