Can't unlock my Versa 2 with my phone

I have tried the different options to unlock phone with no success. Firstly there’s no unlock button on the app and I have had no success with the hard resetting.

Hi there, I followed all instructions. I spent early all day on it and I eventually got it work. I had to update also which took quite awhile but thankfully all ok now.
