I've tried four times now to update my Versa with the latest firmware and it keeps telling me the "Update was Unsuccessful." My phone is connected to WiFi, Bluetooth is enabled, and both my phone (Galaxy S8) and Versa are charging. Am I doing something wrong?
My Versa isn't connected to the WiFi at work if that has something to do with it.

If you are having issues updating your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the Why can't I update my Fitbit device? article and follow the instructions provided there.
