Just got a new fitbit Versa and cannot change clock face nor change or upload apps. The android app claims there are no internet connection sometimes but other times it just says there is a problem and I have to try later. I´ve searched both online and on the forum for solutions and have done the standard list of update app, latest firmware restart phone, restart fitbit, erase fitbit from bluetooth list and reconnect. But still nothing works.
Very Dissapointed.

The server is likely bogged down due to high volume of new users because it is Christmas morning. I opened mine last last and it was perfect. Now it is doing the same thing as you. Give it time, once everyone stops trying at once it'll work.

Seems to be the server. I’ve had mine for a while and can’t change clockface today.
