Cannot choose any exercise option

Hi there

 

Today morning I tried to choose an exercise but I am unable to do so on my Versa

When the exercise option is pressed, it shows the logo in the middle of the screen and then instead of showing the various exercise options goes back to the screen with the 4 options of exercise, music Alaram coach

i Have the latest firmware and updated app

any solution you can think of ?

Hi @Hilda_ It sounds as if you have done everything you can. Hopefully it will still be covered by warranty so wait for a response from Support or contact them again.

I had the same exact problem. Go to the Fitbit website and do a quick chat with the support team to tell them what’s going on and the can as access your account to see if you can still get a replacement under warranty. Which is what I am planning to do, the only downside is a few days without my Fitbit until the new one shows up. Good luck!
