After a year of purchasing, waiting and feeling disappointed, I still cannot compatible my Versa with my Samsung Note 8.
I purchased the Note 9 recent September but it is still the same.
I just purchased the iPad 9.7 2018 and tried to connect the 2 devices, but still cannot be compatible.
Feeling so bad with your product.
Feeling no hope.
I really want to through it away...

@BinnyNgo Let's start with Samsung. What are exactly the issues? Did you set up Versa properly (added to your Fitbit account in Fitbit mobile app)? Does your Versa sync properly? When was the last sync? Are the notifications working?

It is very difficult to sync every time I try to transfer the data to the phone. The circle turns around and then stops without transferring. It is very difficult to save data - you can see the action log and data if you are able to review it.
I can receive the notification only open the GPS and sometime it cannot send the notification.
Last time, the phone and the Versa seems disconnected completely. The time on the Versa is changed automatically - different to the phone and I cannot change it.
Thanks,

@BinnyNgoIn regard to sync and notifications, it seems like the Bluetooth connection is not stable. Please try this:
1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
3 Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair in your phone's bluetooth settings
4.Rebo your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
6.Gra all permissions and sync.
The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.
Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected, All day sync and Keep Alive Widget are enabled in the Fitbit mobile app. Additionally, make sure that Fitbit app is not being optimized by Android in your phone Battery Settings>Optimizations.
Regarding GPS, your Versa needs to have a proper Bluetooth connection to trigger GPS on your phone. So if it's not syncing then GPS connection will fail too. Additional tip is to lock Fitbit app in the background as starting with Android Oreo, the system wipes and heavy processes. Please take a look at my post here.
