Hi, I have tried restarting my phone (Galaxy S5), restarting the Versa, turning Bluetooth on and off, deleting the app, clearing the app cache and data and proceeding to "Force Stop" the app. Nothing works. I still get the same message. One time when I turned the Bluetooth on Versa showed up , I tried to connect to it, but I says "unable to communicate with Versa." I cannot access the Versa. It says "download the app." Please help! Thank you

Contact customer service and do a live chat on your computer. I did one this morning as I am having the same issue. End result is they are sending me a replacement. Look on the back to see if any of the green/red lights are still working. Make sure to tell them if they aren’t. Customer service reps are very helpful and patient as they walk you through all the troubleshooting situations. Let me know how it goes!

@KristinaThatche That doesn't mean everything. You may need to move your finger over the back to trigger (=fool) the sensor that checks if you are wearing the Versa. Also there is actually a setting under settings > heartrate that can be used to turn the lights deliberately on/off when not wearing.
But yeah, agree with the other person responding : talk to customer service to get you back on track.
