My Versa cannot connect to Bluetooth earphone, what can I do?

Hello @ChanJackie

Not sure which brand you have, there is a procedure that you have to pair them together. 

Follow your Instructions you recieved with your headphones. 

My fitbit headphones paired no problem to my versa.

If you are having issues connecting your Bluetooth headphones, make sure you are following the instructions provide in the help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?.

@ChanJackie you might have to first turn off the bluetooth on the phone, most headphones can only connect to one source at a time.
