My Versa cannot connect to Bluetooth earphone, what can I do?

Not sure which brand you have, there is a procedure that you have to pair them together.
Follow your Instructions you recieved with your headphones.
My fitbit headphones paired no problem to my versa.

@ChanJackie you might have to first turn off the bluetooth on the phone, most headphones can only connect to one source at a time.
